Context

The client was driving over 50,000 highly targeted visitors to their site every month through Meta and TikTok ads, but their conversion rate was stuck at a dismal 0.8%. They were essentially pouring water into a leaky bucket. Their cart abandonment rate was through the roof, and the founders blamed the ad traffic. However, the data told a different story: the traffic was fine, but the post-click user experience was actively killing their sales.

Overview

The objective was mathematical: increase the Conversion Rate (CVR) and Average Order Value (AOV) to make every visitor worth twice as much. We needed to transform their cluttered digital brochure into a high-speed, psychological sales funnel.

Challenge

The primary bottleneck was cognitive overload. The product pages were filled with distracting pop-ups, poorly structured copy that focused on features instead of benefits, and a multi-page checkout process that required users to create an account before buying. Every extra click was creating friction, causing high-intent buyers to abandon their carts in frustration.

Solution

We deployed our ‘Zero-Friction CRO Framework’.

Phase 1: Behavioral Diagnostics. We installed session recording and heatmap software to watch exactly where users were rage-clicking and dropping off.

Phase 2: Neuromarketing Copy Tweaks. We rewrote the product page headlines to agitate the customer’s pain points and clearly state the transformation, adding absolute risk reversal (iron-clad guarantees) to build instant trust.

Phase 3: The 1-Click Checkout. We stripped away all mandatory account creations, removed the navigation bar on the checkout page to eliminate distractions, and implemented express payment options (Apple Pay / Google Pay).

Results

By simply making it easier for people to give the brand their money, the unit economics completely transformed overnight.
